SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS
At the time of joining:
- For the first week of joining, parents have to drop and pick the child at the school reception.
- I-Card will be issued to the child at the time of joining. A Passport size photograph should be pasted on I-card.
Diary:
- Parents are requested to fill personal data and the first page accurately and paste a recent passport size photograph of the child.
- Parents must go through the diary notes given by the teachers and send it back to the school on a daily basis.
The child’s school bag and other belongings should be labelled with the child’s name.
Transport:
- Transport facilities will be active by the next week of joining of the child.
- Dropping time may vary from 10 – 15 minutes from the fixed schedule time.
- Although adequate care is taken for the safety of the children, the school is not
responsible for any accident, mishappening of injury that may occur during travel time.
Fee:
- Fee once paid is non transferable, adjustable or refundable under any circumstances and will be taken quarterly, not on monthly basis.
- Fee reminders will be given 10 days prior the next quarter starts.
- Fee for the quarter must be paid latest by 101h of respective month. After that Rs. 50/- per week will be charged as late fee.
Withdrawals:
- A calender month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student.
